15th August: Primary Rule - Ungentlemanly Conduct
All clubs are reminded of the following primary
rule that was introduced into our constitution last season and will be stringently enforced every season. The rule is as follows:
-
Rule 4) The Association reserves the right to protect itself by refusing any
club,
official or
player to participate within the Association at any time, if the
Association deems it not to be in the best interests of the Association.
Basically, any club, official or player can be removed from the Association with immediate effect
without consultation with the Scottish Amateur F.A.
