IMPORTANT: Any
misuse of the guestbook, either personal, racist or bigoted will not be tolerated, if the guestbook is abused it will
be shutdown. If the Association traces the source of the abusive messages, the Association will take the appropriate
disciplinary action under primary Rule 3 of the constitution against the member club of the guilty parties resulting
in probable expulsion of any club from the Association.
